ADRIENNE BARBEAU Joins “REVENGE” as Victoria’s Mother

TV Line is reporting that Adrienne Barbeau is joining the cast of ABC’s “Revenge” as Victoria Grayson’s (Madeline Stowe) horrific monster of a mother.

Creator/Executive Producer Mike Kelley tells TV Line that Barbeau will play Mama Harper, a woman “who knows how to use people.”

“She taught Victoria what it takes to survive with very little, with your wit and your looks, really.”

When Mama Harper arrives in the Hamptons, Kelley says that we will finally learn more about how Victoria is the way she is, thanks to her mother.

Adrienne Barbeau is most recognized to many of the television audience from her time on “Maude” as Carol back in the 1970s. What do you think of this casting choice?
